Documentation for the current beta product surface

Electronic Registry is a public registry for declarations and evidence. Use these pages to understand what the registry records, what it does not prove, and how the beta browser flows work in practice.

FAQ

Short answers to the questions most users and reviewers will ask.

Does it prove ownership?

No. The registry records declarations and evidence. It does not certify ownership, authorship, truth, legality, or official approval.

Does it store files?

The normal browser flow hashes the file locally and records the resulting SHA-256 hash. The raw file is not sent in that flow.

Can I use any file type?

Yes. Any file type can be selected in the current browser hashing flow, subject to the local helper size limit shown on the page.
